If you were to combine equal parts: street smarts, experience and passion then you've got me. I'm Shauna Deacon and I am a change agent with 25+ years of experience in assisting companies achieve their maximum potential by identifying problems/frustrations and developing the strategies, tools, processes and training to navigate through change in accounting/finance, internal controls and the closely related area of operations.

I'm a native Oregonian who grew up on a farm in Creswell, Oregon. I started driving a 1941 Willy's jeep at the ripe old age of 4 and was hired out to farmers to drive hay trucks beginning at age 10. An unrivaled work ethic was instilled in me from a very young age.

Having an adventurous spirit, I've enjoyed exploring the world a bit. Whether I'm on the back of a motorcycle on the streets of Bangkok or driving around Ireland or Italy, as long as I'm with my family & friends, I've got a smile on my face.

I am blessed to have a son, and daughter-in-law that all share the travel bug and have the same adventurous spirit. We've traveled together for driving adventures, snow skiing, water skiing, and scuba diving fun. We've even skydived together! My FOMO mindset has given me some spectacular opportunities!

These days, I stay active with family, and friends enjoying new experiences. I live in Nashville, TN and enjoy the flexibility technology offers to work globally and do what needs to be done from anywhere in the country.
